Get your very own Reward Point when you register with us a customer and earn loyalty points on each purchase you make, which can be redeemed on your next purchase with us.
Here is how it works,
1. Register with us a member. Simply provide us with your personal details like your name, email id, contact number, address, etc so that we keep you updated on our latest launches and manage your Reward Point account without any hassles.
WE DO NOT USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN COMMUNICATING WITH YOU.
2. Collect Points. As soon as your cart is ready, Points earned will be visible. These Points are auto-credited to your Reward Point Regster after a successful delivery of the order.
3. Redeem your Points. Whenever you place your next order with us, you can redeem the reward points earned from your last purchase. These Points will reflect at checkout and can be used with coupon code discounts too.
How do the Reward Point work?
- Every Point equals 1rs.
- For example, you will earn 10 reward points on spending INR 1000.
- The validity of each heart/ reward point is 1 year from the date it was earned (order confirmation date).

Yes. We carefully source and check every batch to ensure freshness and good quality. Our dry fruits are packed and stored properly so you receive them just the way they should be - fresh, clean, and full of natural taste.
When stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, our dryfruits usually stay fresh for several months. Proper storage helps maintain their taste and quality for longer.
DELIVERY
Yes — we deliver outside Pune as well. We offer Pan-India delivery so customers across India can order from us easily.
We usually deliver orders the next day after placement. In some situations, it may take 2–3 days. For orders outside Pune, delivery can take around 4–5 working days. We always try our best to deliver as quickly as possible.
ORDERS AND RETURNS
If you receive a damaged product within Pune, we’ll arrange a replacement. For orders outside Pune, replacement may not be possible, but we will refund the product amount. Such issues are very rare, as we pack our orders carefully - but if anything happens, we’re here to help.
Yes - you can modify your order by contacting us at 8390549549. If you wish to cancel, you can do it directly through the app before the order is processed.
